How to use an outlook e-mail template

If you create e-mail templates in Outlook, here's how you can access those templates.
Solution:
Sending e-mail using a local template
Follow these steps in Microsoft Outlook to send e-mail using a local template:
1. Go to File -> New -> Choose Form
2. Select User templates in file system
3. Select the template of your choice:
4. Either double-click the template or select Open
5. Send the e-mail like you normally would once the template is open.
